The drop-off itself went smoothly. Parking is understandably challenging in Brooklyn, and there wasn’t an obvious place to leave the truck, but the person at the location told me exactly where to park and the return was easy. My only frustration was that U-Haul tried to change my drop-off location at the last minute, and I had to call to have my originally selected location restored.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkHave employee check vehicles and give better attention to the customer. They didn't have the van i reserved and were not concerned about me getting a vehicle. The vehicle is did get someone dropped off while I was there and they didn't look at it before giving it to me. I had an appointment so I had to take what they gave me and not what I clearly reserved. They just said the internet is wrong. The internet says a reservation is guaranteed. You need to change your system if you can't guarantee what we request

Travis TIt was perfect. Thank you infinitely.
OLACON CThere is no dedicated U-haul facility here. You are told to "call this number" when you arrive, but the number moves you to voicemail and the mailbox was full. I had no idea what to do with the truck or how to return it. I called the national U-haul number and received a message that the wait time would be 40 minutes. Finally, I found a man on the street who had keys in his hands. He took the keys from me and I showed him the vehicle. I assume he was a U-haul representative, because I received a receipt in my email. Scary.
