I picked up the van, transaction was smooth . Upon check the van for mileage and gas, the gas gage was on empty. We took a picture and presented to the rep. That said we would be credited for the Gas we put i. The van. We bought the van back at 1/4 tank and was not reimbursed or credited. Spoke to the rep. Who stated we would be credited and he suddenly had memory lost and stated he did remember us. Show him the receipt and the picture of the gas gage, he continued with a back and forth. Needless to say, I rather not do business with this location again.
