There is no dedicated U-haul facility here. You are told to "call this number" when you arrive, but the number moves you to voicemail and the mailbox was full. I had no idea what to do with the truck or how to return it. I called the national U-haul number and received a message that the wait time would be 40 minutes. Finally, I found a man on the street who had keys in his hands. He took the keys from me and I showed him the vehicle. I assume he was a U-haul representative, because I received a receipt in my email. Scary.
