I rented a U-Haul from this location with four hours on my reservation. I did not rent any safe coverage nor did I rent any equipment. I returned the U-Haul to the store manager Abdul and I advised him that I needed him to go out with me to check the U-Haul so I can return it. I told him I wanted him to take pictures and timestamp of me returning the vehicle. Before returning the vehicle, I went to the gas station and put the vehicle back where it was at 1/4 of a tank mind you in mileage. I only use 12 miles. I end up returning the tank with more than 1/4 of mileage as far as the gas. I get home to rest my nerves after a long day of moving, which has been very complicated and realize that this man has charged me for two days of rental safe coverage for two days as well as a gas total of $17 when one I filled up the tank myself into I beg him to come outside take pictures and confirm that I turned it back in in the same shape in which I received it. I would not suggest this dealer because when I called he just stated ma’am, I checked you out that’s all I did nothing to your reservation. However, when I talk to U-Haul customer service, they did confirm that a reservation was done on his side for an additional day as well as equipment and safe coverage. Never will I use him as a neighborhood dealer and I’m at the point where this has exhausted me and I want to take legal action.

I haven’t received the rest of the money I paid , I paid 100 in total for 47 miles and 4 hours in total and also the location doesn’t have no sign that you can follow to know where the U-Haul check in is for the keys

Truck's breaks were in really BAD shape, it's a hazard. I completed the check-In process the night before and store rep make me fill out more pages and added $15 insurance without asking or my consent. Please loks sketchy.
