Other than that no issues with drop off location other than we was charges for cleaning and we left it cleaner than when we got it but we wasn't gonna clean up the last person's mess .....now wish I would have cuz I was charged for their mess. And my guess was they was to but they charged a cleaning fee but didn't clean it .....or the shady pick up place didn't care it was nasty inside

DENNIS B.Problem is not with the place of drop off or place of pickup problem is with your GPS being almost a mile away from the actual location of the lock box and the trucks this is not a problem of the pickup or drop off location owner.. the apps you use are absolutely horrible one time you have to use the application another time you have to use a web browser make up your mind

ANGELA M.The location was fine. The U-Haul support was not very good for a 24/7 pickup. The technology used to check in, especially GPS, does not work. My trip was delayed 2 hours because your team could not get me access to the keys. The truck did not have brights. The truck lights were dim. And there was no cruise. It served its purpose but was probably not safe due to the lights being so dim and your team making me 2 hours behind schedule.

Roy S.I didn't get the dolly or moving blankets. I couldn't use the online check in because I couldn't reach the site because it was behind a locked gate. Then the key was in the wrong lock box.
NELS M.Person who processed my appliance dolly rental said she didn't work for U-Haul and was not making any money from U-Haul for her efforts. She seemed unfamiliar with the U-Haul website and took 20 minutes to complete the rental process. U-Haul needs to train staff at this location and provide them financial incentive to do the work.

George B.My Experience was crap, bit the people where I picked up were pleasent & helpful. First I was supposed to have a dolly to move my larger items. (nope) No dolly. We loaded our stuff and had to take a break die to the rain. We got to finish loading it after the rain stopped and went to unload. Upon taking our beds out of the uhaul all of our mattresses were soaked. My kids have memory foam which are like a giant sponge so that was a wonderful surprise. Next morning we go to do the next load and the check engine light comes on. Upon returning the man was very nice & said his field manager was to get in contact with me today. (Nope). I guess I will be calling back. Never had an experience like this with uhaul before and I have used them several times. So Not all that impressed with this go round!!!
