I had trouble finding the key drop box. Other than that no issues with drop off location other than we was charges for cleaning and we left it cleaner than when we got it but we wasn't gonna clean up the last person's mess .....now wish I would have cuz I was charged for their mess. And my guess was they was to but they charged a cleaning fee but didn't clean it .....or the shady pick up place didn't care it was nasty inside

DENNIS B.Problem is not with the place of drop off or place of pickup problem is with your GPS being almost a mile away from the actual location of the lock box and the trucks this is not a problem of the pickup or drop off location owner.. the apps you use are absolutely horrible one time you have to use the application another time you have to use a web browser make up your mind
