The floor mates were a little dirty but if that’s the worst thing about my experience then we are doing pretty good

Neil SI returner the truck to the wrong location, my error when I put in directions address but it was literally 10 away. I had to couldn't get the app to work to turn the truck in so had to call. But it took days before I realized the error because the truck never got turned in on the app. I had returned key as well a copy of my invoice. Just odd took 3 calls to clear it up and thank goodness she got it checked in so I didn't have to pay another day. It was frustrating. But I'm grateful to have figured it out.
