The location I picked it up was not the location I was told I was going to pick it up. I was supposed to pick it up at 8am. Then I was told at 12pm. The truck didn't show up till 12:30pm I had workers waiting on me to help me move and they weren't too happy with the late start I reserved the truck a week before so I wouldn't have any problems and still didn't get it in time. I specifically told the guy at uhaul if there's going to be a problem with me getting it at the time I needed it let me know so I can look somewhere else . And he told me I would get it at the time I needed it. So the reason I gave a good review is for the location I picked it up. The young man there was very professional and helpful and he was doing everything he could to get me a truck. The location at ed Carey dr. In Harlingen Tx. where I reserved it and was supposed to pick it up I do not recommend them to anyone. Look for some other location or go to another truck rental place.julian C.

When we were in Harlingen , my wife called for directions and the attendent was kind of rude asking if we didn't know Harlingen , Hello thats why we' calling asking for directions. Plus the attendent was joking around with my wife over the phone.Maria C.
