Drop off location was a gas station. The employee that was present did not speak english and could not understand what I was asking. I completed the drop off procedures on my mobile app. But when I aked do I hand the keys to him or a drop box he didnt understand. There was no drop box for keys, the location looked unsafe and dirty, and had my family in the SUV with the doors locked.
