I needed a U-Haul at the last minute and they provided me with a trailer. I arrived unexpected and interrupted his day but he was very helpful. I am so grateful

Truck smelled like cigarette smoke. App wouldn’t upload pictures. I used the truck for a few hours, only put 15 miles on it and absolutely overpaid, charging flat fee + miles + gas is crazy. This will be the last truck I rent from U-Haul, pack rats and enterprise are much better options
