LISA BThis was the third time I rented the same 12' Utility Trailer for my Side by Side. The first time I noticed the passenger amber light was damaged and did not work. I notified the employee and She said they will fix it. That was 2 months ago. Since then I rented it twice and still not repaired. This may be a liability in the future for Uhaul if it is not remedied. Tho the experience at this location was not good, it does not derail me from using Uhaul in the future . Please put some attention to this location.

PAUL PIve rented numerous Uhauls throughout the years and not all Uhaul locations are the same. This location is one of the best I’ve ever been to. They were friendly, supportive, accommodating and knowledgeable about the process. When I rent a Uhaul truck or trailer again I will go out of my way to come back to this location. David BScheduled pickup of 20’ truck at Pollock Pines location and was re routed to this location hours stated 8:30am personnel didn’t show up until 9:20 had movers helpers at location waiting. Also ordered two dozen moving blankets only had 3 available. Not a good start to a moving day! Truck was on 1/4 tank of fuel.

Kevin MWhen I made my reservation on the phone, I told the lady I was driving to Paso Robles one way so when I got there, I gave the lady my drivers license. She looked me up took my credit card information and said OK. You’re ready to go then I got to Paso Robles Called the next day and she told me it wasn’t one way that I had to turn around and drive 350 miles and bring the trailer back to Placerville. I said no I guess I’ll have to pay whatever the extra fee is they charge me $578 to drop it off at a U-Haul dealer in Paso Robles like I always do.
Kevin KThis facility is my go to for when I need to rent a trailer. The 5x9 with a utility ramp is perfect. Cassandra in front office is very helpful, and does her job very well. I will continue renting from this location as it’s as seamless as it can get. Great work, a pleasure doing business with.

diana jThey overcharged me by 12x the agreed upon amount at no fault of my own. Getting your money back is near impossible but they will charge your card without notifying you beforehand. This is not the first time either.

Mark TThe trailer I rented said it was 6x12. However, the back where the ramp is, is not actually 6 feet wide. It’s closer to 5 due to the panels on the side. The item I tried to put into the trailer would not fit and so I rented the trailer and drive 4 hours round trip for nothing.

Joseph NI enjoyed the entire experience until I returned the vehicle. The rear bumper was "slightly bent" and a screw was missing from it. I was charged an additional $150. I feel this was over and above by far.

Loween A | Overall ExperienceThe employees at Access Storage are amazing, very helpful, friendly and kind. Their facility was always clean, secure, temperature controlled, and had whatever other items were needed for help with moving. Unfortunately the lighting was not working on our storage row for a few months, which made it hard to see. Also, it was very hard to get a hold of someone there by phone to confirm if they were opened or closed. One time we drove out there during business hours and they were closed. Also, when we booked our Uhaul there, it was automatically rescheduled to a different location. So, that made it challenging to get our stuff when we wanted it. But, we understand things can not always be perfect, and over all, we were very satisfied with Access Storage. Two thumbs up.
