The place is awful, there was barely any room to get into the van because it was parked. So tightly and the parking lot is absolutely packed with cars. There were no signs saying I couldn't park anywhere so I parked wherever there was space. The lock box took an extraordinary amount of effort to get opened, so if somebody isn't particularly strong they're not going to be able to open that lock box. Box. It took me 10 minutes of constant struggling and pulling and turning to finally get it to open. Blankets that I ordered were not in the van, by the way. Why even bother doing that when the location is basically non-existent? You should absolutely make it crystal clear that this is not a U-Haul location, just a van sitting in the middle of a parking lot surrounded by mechanics and repair shops. To make things even worse, I received a call from U-Haul saying my car was going to be towed, which was absolutely mind-blowing given that there was no signage anywhere saying anything, not that was visible or apparent at least. I had to drive incredibly fast to get there, Park the van, move my car outside of that parking lot, walk back, go back to the gas station to get gas and park it again. To make things even more fun the U-Haul app kept making me start over and over for everything. And absolutely abysmal experience. The only thing that worked was that the van was clean and the people on the phone really tried hard to help me.
