Was charged for insurance when I asked to opt out. Was told they found t do anything about it. Tried to dispute with U-Haul and never received a call-back.

The system was terrible, it took them forever to be able to rent out the equipment I needed. Luckily, the staff was amazing and did everything they could and I was able to leave with a dolly. They even had to call someone at a different location to get the inconvenience sorted out.

Edward MDid not have the appliance dolly I had reserved to go along with the truck. I had confirmed with UHaul the day before. Not sure whose issue it is. Location or UHaul. Also was billed for dolly anyway.

Lori SStop changing the damn location of pickup. This is the second U-Haul in a year that I have selected one location then have been inconvenienced by your lack of concern for your customer by waiting until the day before and changing the location. This inconvenience took an extra hour out of my day to pick up the truck at a different location. No apologies, no incentives, just hey we fucked up and deal with it.
SHAUN GI reserved my truck and dolly a month in advance. They call me the day before I move to tell me the truck I reserved is not available. When I called the people were rude and did not care to help or about my frustrations. That is very stressful and in my opinion unprofessional. I should not be able to reserve equipment if the location won’t have it. Very disappointed and will not be using this service again.

Maliyk NAwful experience. Received a text that the UHaul I ordered was not available so I drove 30 mins out of my way to pick one up. When I arrived at the location to pick it up the Uhaul app and the Uhaul dealer system was not working so I waited an hour to get the truck. The Uhaul dealer was great and patient but Uhaul as a company was terrible to deal with.
Walker RIt took 20 minutes to pick up the truck due to all the verifications. It took 45 minutes to drop off the truck because I attempted to drop it off early and was unable to complete the process without calling uhaul. I was then asked to provide pictures of the truck and where I parked it. When someone is trying to move and then spends all day moving a 26' truck, the last thing they need is to be held up with these inconveniences.
