It took 20 minutes to pick up the truck due to all the verifications. It took 45 minutes to drop off the truck because I attempted to drop it off early and was unable to complete the process without calling uhaul. I was then asked to provide pictures of the truck and where I parked it. When someone is trying to move and then spends all day moving a 26' truck, the last thing they need is to be held up with these inconveniences.
