Online check out was a bit too lengthy, trying to sell and up charge, asking once ok, but 5-6 pages of declining things was a bit much and felt pushy Smooth process, mike @ ace was helpful and efficient Was able to check our U-Haul early which was greatly appreciated, U-Haul had a slight pull to the right which we noted to ace staff wen we returned the truck

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was full of water from a leak in the upper right corner of the truck, so that was not appreciated in having to clean it out and dry it before we could even load. The app isn't for SHIT!! Neither was customer service - they all sucked because none of them knew their jobs! I didn't have issues with the site I rented from - but it was hell to try to deal with the app and customer service!! Both the app and customer service get an F- ! Plus it's too damn expensive to use uhaul anymore.
Jamie GNot particularly happy about the web experience. Asked to pick up at a different location and at no point did the website state the pickup location was different. Never received a call from UHaul before pickup date as we were told.
Keith MExcellent all the way around, especially the man I dealt with.
Scott DCharged an extra day and extra miles for me to have to pick it up because they didnt have the equipment and my original pick up location
