Staff seemed annoyed they had to check out the trailer. No one assisted with getting the trailer hooked up or checking to see if the lights worked. This was a very different experience than 2 weeks prior when I rented a trailer at Fort Atkinson U-Haul.

Dave GWas charged for insurance when I asked to opt out. Was told they found t do anything about it. Tried to dispute with U-Haul and never received a call-back.
DANIEL CThe system was terrible, it took them forever to be able to rent out the equipment I needed. Luckily, the staff was amazing and did everything they could and I was able to leave with a dolly. They even had to call someone at a different location to get the inconvenience sorted out.
