This is at ACE hardware, person I talk to send me up the road to U-haul moving and storage. The person there said I didn't have reservation. I then came back to the ACE hardware location and try to call the Truck Share 24/7 phone line, was put on hold multiple times, one time the lady who put me on hold answer the phone and thought I was someone new. By now my wife found a lady inside ACE and was able to get hold of an agent. My original truck was not available in Morton and was change to this place, but the Truck Share 24/7 portion was not working so I couldn't do anything with my mobile app. Would not recommend Truck Share as my move was from IL to TX (18 hours travel). ACE had hard time with the combo letter lock to get it open to retrieve the key. This truck was very low on gas, dirty inside the cab, broken glasses inside the truck (my loaders had to sweep out), and my 4 dozen furniture pads were not in the truck or available in ACE.

amber sThis was not the original location for the reservation pick up. The previous renter dropped it off at the wrong location. It was not a big deal, but was one of three changes in my reservation.
John BWe were told that if we put more gas in the vehicle than what was in it to start with we would receive a refund. When I was reading the contract it said that we would not be refunded. Also, when we dropped off, then the man said they won't refund. The person at the starting point needs to be educated on the issue.
Louis LHave everything I reserved in one location and be aware that a customer is coming to pick up a truck at a specific time. Also know what truck and size your customer reserved. Moving out of state is stressful enough, planning, packing, leaving…then to show up and have to deal with incompetency who wasted my time because they dropped the ball… Very disappointing.
TERRY PI had to change return locations because the one I had set for returning the truck no longer does uhaul which cost me more miles and over an hour of my time trying to get set up to return to a different location. Over all your company cost me several hours of wasted time
TERESA BThey didn't hsve my appliance dolly or furniture dolly on the truck and the truck kept throwing the check engine light. The truck was great but the quality of service wasn't the best.
Haley LVery limited in supplies as opposed to a Uhaul Store. Good service though as 26 footers are rare.
