This was not the original location for the reservation pick up. The previous renter dropped it off at the wrong location. It was not a big deal, but was one of three changes in my reservation.
John B.We were told that if we put more gas in the vehicle than what was in it to start with we would receive a refund. When I was reading the contract it said that we would not be refunded. Also, when we dropped off, then the man said they won't refund. The person at the starting point needs to be educated on the issue.
Louis L.Have everything I reserved in one location and be aware that a customer is coming to pick up a truck at a specific time. Also know what truck and size your customer reserved. Moving out of state is stressful enough, planning, packing, leaving…then to show up and have to deal with incompetency who wasted my time because they dropped the ball… Very disappointing.
