Fidelis SThe app is one of the worst I’ve ever used. I will not use it to check in/check out in the future. I just can’t express in writing how bad it was. Took about 30 minutes just to check in because it kept losing pictures and hanging during the uploading process. Same at check out.
Albert JI was moving a fridge. I stopped in two days early to reserve a truck AND appliance dolly. When I arrived the morning to get truck there were no dollie’s. They said they hadn’t had any for three weeks. I was stuck at that point. HONESTY would have been nice. Other than that it was a good experience. Sadly that’s a BIG problem

GRETCHEN HWorst experience ever. Bad weather caught me in the middle, contacted the customer care, the charged me triple for leaving the trailer in their other proper location. They wanted me to keep driving regardless of the road conditions.
YOGESH DFloor had to be cleaned before leaving but everything else was good. An older employee ( maybe in late 60's ) was very rude but the other employees were very helpful.

Opal AYou over stated the odometer by ten miles when I left. I didn't realize it until I returned it. My trip odometer registered 39.4 miles, but I was charged for 50, which was absolutely wrong. I know it was only ten bucks, but I won't be going back to that location.

Chris DLocation and staff were great. The alignment on the truck as very bad so it made it difficult to drive especially with a trailer.
Konner VHad issues with the U-Haul app as it could not find my location meaning I couldn't return the truck via the app. I called the service number, very helpful btw, and U-Haul did waive the $20 fee and for that I'm grateful.

Charles PI did the pre check in, but when I picked it up the clerk basically went through it all again. Me having to physically put in the information then having to show everything and wait for him to ask if every point was correct was a waste of time for me. Also, I have yet to receive the final bill??
David GEasy to reserve online, very easy check-in at Ace Hardware. Truck was clean and ready to go, easy to drive and met our needs perfectly. Simple drop-off process as well. Highly recommend!
Andrew PGet your electric meter checked. It said the running lights for our hookups weren’t working. Took it to the other uhaul in Hamilton and their meter said it was fine.
Alan LI rented a trailer that was marketed and labeled to be a 4'x7' trailer so I could move a 42" wide mower. I had to rent a second trailer from a different provider because the UHaul trailer that was supossed to be 48" was actually 39" wide. I would like a refund since I had to rent a second trailer.

KATHLEEN BThe truck battery went dead after I reached my destination. I called AAA AND when we went to jump it we found a battery not equipped for this vehicle. The battery LOOKED like it was for a ford escort. AAA said this battery was swollen and going to blow up. I told the u-haul guy at Ace about this. His reply was not surprising, u-haul does things like this all the time. I told him I would do a review. He said, won’t matter u-haul won’t even read it or do anything about it. I will never recommend u-haul to anyone. I moved my son into a frat house in college and told all the dads this story too.
Scott SThese guys do it right. Checking in and out was fast, and time was of the essence at both the start and the end of our move. At the beginning, I had friends and family members waiting for me with the truck to get started with the move, and when I returned it, I was hot, tired, hungry, and thirsty and wanted to get going to take my hardworking movers out for a meal and some well-deserved rest, and they got me checked in within 2 minutes or less. They really exceeded my expectations at Ace Hardware.

Katherine SStore reps were very friendly & knowledgeable. The only fault I saw was when dropping truck off after hours, the key/key fob wouldn't fit in the Dropbox slot causing me to have to return to the store again to return the key to a live store rep.

JARED BCar trailer was damaged causing my truck to shake horribly. When returned due to not being safe to use was told no refund until inspected by a tech. Nobody would ride with me to show the issue to. Now waiting on tech to check the following day. Total waste of my time.
James CThere was dog hair and chip crumbs on the seat. The cup holder area had sticky coffee spots all over it. And the vehicle itself was not too great. The steering wheel was constantly moving while driving straight and smelled terrible.
