Your mileage charge is too high. It cost more in miles than the rental charge. I travel only 40 miles, sad. You should give a few miles free or lower your fee for miles.John N.

The staff at the pick up location were helpful and friendly. While the checkout process was delayed due to the computer used for Uhaul services being shared with the dog tag counter (small town problems), the staff handled the trailer inspection and hook up quickly. My original pick-up location was a storefront w no one to speak with. The truck that was suggested was a 10' when I really needed a 15'-20'. I was sent to the Sharonville location yo get a 20' but, upon arrival, was told that there was no truck available. I was them sent to a 3rd location, which was ACE Hardware. The delay cause me to have to change movers, which caused my cost to go from $100 for the original movers to $387 with the new movers. Uhaul should compensate me for the difference since it was cause by the company.LaBaron R.

This truck is not suitable for customers intending to keep their property, and themselves, dry. Water leaked on my boxes and furniture. There was also a leak over the driver's side cab so I drove for 12 hours with water leaking on me. I am assessing water damage to my household goods. I was sent to this location from Middletown, Ohio for an 11:30 a.m. pick up for a ten foot truck. When I arrived I found out that the truck was not there but according to the Middletown store it was there. So I had to take a van and 51.3 Miles and was unable to get the things that i had rented the truck for. This caused me to have to pay $106.51 for the truck and the mileage and thirty dollars for gas. And the pay the person $75.00 to bring the rest of the stuff that I had brought from him. These practices should not be I was forced to take the van of nothing because I needed to be on the road by 12:00 but that did not happed. So as far as being satisfied I was not. So thank you for inconveniencing me and making my late for an appointment that I had in Dayton at 4:00.samuel C.

Reserved UHaul to use for moving our college child in on a specific date. Called the morning of to let them know we were on our way. Was informed that our order was cancelled! Really? It was a NIGHTMARE!!!! Would never use or recommend this location! It was Ace Hardware location! This caused undue stress during a stressful situation! We specifically called to verify our reservation and was told, we would definitely have a truck! I had the conversation on speaker with other individuals! We spent an hour calling other locations trying to find another truck, while waiting on updates from the original location. Never received communication. We did finally get a truck!Daniel L.

I know it's not the store's fault but the rear door spring wax under to much tension causing the latch to get stuck at the highest point. When I tried to release the latch, the door was under so much pressure it swung back causing me to lose my finger nail. Hope this doesn't happen to someone elseRobert R.
Pick up and online experience were a nightmare. Information did not get relayed properly and I had to wait nearly one hour for help. The person working there was an asshole. When I dropped off the employee were much better and helpful. My 9 year old daughter even commented how nasty the younger guy on pickup was. Will not go back.Leslie M.

I rented the 4' x 7' trailer. Everything was great as far as service from the Ace Hardware location and how the trailer performed. My only disappointment was that the Trailer is actually about 39â€ wide. That is no where near 48â€ as advertised. I was moving a 38â€wide riding lawnmower and barely made it! Please correct your sizing description on this trailer. Usable space should be advertised. Thank youSean S.

the first person was exceptional the second person was having issues My food bank location was not able to issue my Four thousand pounds of food at the loading date and time I was scheduled for a 9: am pick up THIS LOCATION OPENS AT 9:AM Not a problem I leased the vehicle to pick up at 4: pm and did so. The problem occurred when the food source changed the day of pickup. The obvious thing to do is returned the truck ASAP. The second gentleman was not pleased. I returned later that day and found a cold reception. this close to our Food Bank . This is a cost savings and at this time extremely important I apologize for returning the vehicle early The parking area is secured and driven 3.9 miles in total respectfully RGERon E.

I had to take the leaking trailer to this location to switch it out. While I was hooking up the only trailer they had left, the employee came out and by the time I was finished he gave me the go ahead all clear sign that I could take the trailer, luckily because I had done the on-line check in which contained my drivers license info etc. That trailer was dry inside and had been sitting out side in the rain.John A.

I had to go to this location because my original reservation had been cancelled because I was outside of the 2 hour pickup window. The problem is, I knew nothing about the 2 hour window. I had done the pre-pickup registration and received a message that you are all ready to go. I assumed that because of this pre-registration, I could pick up the vehicle when I wanted to. Failure on your part to notify me of the 2 hour window proved to be very, very time consuming, frustrating and very inconvenient.Michael T.
