Michellee JThe trucks engine light was on and was very noisy. Worst part was I had a half a tank of gas. Was told to make sure I put it back to half a tank. I DID THAT...Then was charged $11.00 for fuel on my credit card. That was WRONG. The store people were great.. and would recommend the store but not uhaul. Can't say I would use uhaul again. I have used them my last three moves. This time they cheated me $11.00

DOUGLAS WMy experience was wonderful apart from the hundred dollar increase between what was shown on my reservation and what I paid when picking up the truck. My reservation was for $388 and who even understands what I paid. The paperwork shows a hundred dollars more with no additional equipment and the whole rental within the lowest mileage rate. The representative couldn’t explain and said the reservation quote disappeared when she checked me in.

CHARLES ASo survey is requiring a yes/no answer for personnel helpfulness and facility cleanliness and will not accept the “not applicable” response…definitely need to fix that….it was a self return after hours so there was no personnel to help and I did not enter the facility because, again, it was after hours. Great location for returning the bigger trucks…easy to enter and maneuver. Self return was difficult with extremely slow upload times for pics, causing me to have to restart process a couple of times. Not the location’s fault but more an app issue I think.

TANYA DI feel that .99¢ per mile is a bit high and ridicules for local moving. Next time I am going to look into other options.
Mike MWe had a small leak in the front left corner. That got some of our things wet .The price for one way two days was more than the price for local for three days. Other than that are trip was great. The unit pulled straight and it did have more room than I expected, dropping off and picking up was seamless.

HENRY KI am very upset because the guy that I rented it from told me to just make sure it was at half a tank and I did as so and they charged me for gas anyways. I agreed and signed the paper and everything but I followed what the guy told me and I got screwed over.

Don CThe truck run extremely rough around 65 mph and when you turn the lights on the radio went off. The worst part when we returned the truck it was around 5:52 and the store closed at 6pm. The manager was very rude. She asked the other worker what time was the return time. The other worker said 5:30 which was the time she picked when I rented it at 9am. The manager did go out and checked the truck and when she came back into the store she actually told the worker to print the final receipt that I had asked for to turn into my company and get rid of them, she had plans. When they had issues printing off the receipt, she said it had been emailed and that will have to be good enough. We explained we needed a physical receipt to turn in which she said we can come back at 9am tomorrow to get one. The worker said she has had a bad day or really week. I felt she was rude and I will not be returning there for any business, not for rental or to purchase anything from the hardware side.
Rita SThe ONLY "negative" was the discrepancy in the initial quote I received and the final price i was given regarding the milage fees. Initially I was quoted $0.47 per mile and I had no issue with that at all. When i returned the truck and did the return inspection I realized I went 5 mi over my estimated mi. At that point I was told the fee was $0.99 per mile.

DAVID KExcellent except for one thing. The 10 foot truck does not have a ramp. A ramp would be helpful for heavy items.
