How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe equipment check-out took a long time. I don't think it was the employee's fault. But it took like 45 minutes just to do the paperwork. Some streamlining there would be appreciated. I have used this location multiple times now, and though they do take a long time to check out, the ladies there are friendly, and the equipment is clean and ready to go. In this case, one of the employees went after hours to pick up the trailer i needed from a different county just so i wouldnt have to go to another location to get it. I REALLY appreciated that. Would definitely recommend this location. Just be ready to spend a little time there.

dave mWhen I dropped off I was called and accused of stealing the truck by some sort of customer service rep. Before my reservation time was even ended.
