U-Haul rented me complete trash. The trailers axle was rusted out and bent and the tire blew out about 3 hours into my 16 hour trip. This whole ordeal took 6 hours to locate a replacement trailer and transfer my goods. U-Haul has no regard for my time or concern for my safety that I was stuck on a very busy freeway. I demand a full refund and will contact an attorney if necessary. This was totally unacceptable.
