When I got to Wichita the man told me the ball was barely attached and I was lucky that it didn't come loose. Scary!

Nicholi CThe backup camera on a brand new cargo van did not work and the employees knew about this issue yet did not tell me until I returned it. The steering wheel sensor that tells you to keep your hands on the wheel kept telling me my hands were not on the steering wheel when they were.
