The guy who helped us was great. He hooked the uhaul trailer up to our truck and made sure we were good to go and then unhooked it for us when we returned it.

JAMES RThe auto transport had a cut strap on one side and should have not been rented. The location knew there was something wrong with the unit but rented it anyway. It wasn't until I was 150 miles away and we were loading my vehicle that we realized it. Called the location and they said they'd refund the rental cost.

JEFFREY LIssues w/tow package rather than truck itself. Some rust and nail found in it, by driver. Couldn't see this myself bc of being visually impaired. Truck had low mileage, itself. Had to gas up almost immediately.
MELISSA FI returned the Truck a couple hours early. The Clerk asked if I needed a printed receipt. I said I did, she was obviously irritated that she then had to physically go outside & check out the truck.

The employee who put the trailer on the hitch for us was fast and efficient, performed all safety checks, and was knowledgeable when we asked questions.

REINALDO PQuality Control & Customer Service. I had reservation and was to pickup truck and hitch at 8:30 and left at 9:30 and I was the only customer at Ace Hardware. Then my equipment got switched and I took pictures of condition I received it. I got defective ramp causing me to have accident.. Your roadside or FHP never showed up and you hauled your truck and my van to Tow yard in Orlando with all my personal belongings and to this day have not been able. to recover. Going on almost a month and recuperating from severe injuries. Does anybody care? I am USMC veteran with Service dog and literally Homeless?

gordon iThe fuel level was recorded incorrectly. It was listed at 9/16 it was really 5/16. Probably cost me about $50 because I didn’t notice until I was gone from the location.
Sherman WThis pick-up site was excellent! The staff really went out of their way to help me get all set up and when I returned the trailer, they were outside before I could get to where the trailer needed to be! The employees were all AWESOME!!
Sheryl SThis is my third rental here recently and I have no complaints and the staff was so nice and pickup and drop off was smooth. Great folks without the big city red tape. Plus the have lots of unique tools and such that I will be exploring.
