I was not made aware of the fact that UHaul would charge an extra $20 to return on Sunday when they were not open. Since nobody came in extra and the truck was “checked in Monday morning” that seems like just a money grab, or a hidden way to jack up the listed price.

Curtis MCustomer service was slow to check it out, seemed like it was an inconvenience. Rented truck for 48 hours and returned it a whole day early. Filled gas tank and drove 54 miles and still charged me $109, for a 10” truck that was quoted me $45, won’t be renting again
Aimee WAll persons were intelligent and helpful. Trailer was in good condition. Truck was in excellent condition. Easy access to equipment.
