This was my second time at this location. The first time, I dropped a truck off that I rented. One of the employees of Ace Hardware, was extremely rude. I understand some things can slip through the cracks. The car hauler bounced the whole time, even shaking my truck. When I had to take the trailer off of my truck, I found out the hard way, someone had put an extra long bolt on the handle. It took a chunk of skin from my arm.

The reservation process was very easy. The staff answered all my questions. Check out and check in went smoothly. All in all it was a great experience. I have need for another rental reservation. It will be easy when I am ready to rent again.
SHERRIE GTrailer was waiting for me when I arrived and the paperwork was done quickly. An employee hooked up the trailer for me and checked the lights and off I went in a very short time. When I returned the trailer, the process was exactly the same and I was finished and headed home very quickly. Highly recommend this location.

Raymond SThe store was fine, although they did not have the appliance dolly, I had reserved, nor did they have a substitute. I was forced to buy a dolly from their store. My biggest issue is with U-Haul themselves not having accurate information on their website as to which store had which equipment available, and then when they change my reservation, switching it to an agency that still did not have the equipment I needed.
