Vehicle needs brake job
GLENN MFriendly staff. A personal issue caused me to have to wait there for a while, and the staff were great. They chatted with us and let us hang out while we waited.
Andrew FMake a 10’ with the ez ramp, have more 15’ trucks. Had to pay a higher rate and rent 20’ because I needed the ramp and there were no 15’s.
CLINT MI would consider during the process of renting a truck that there are instructions before the payment process. Just so the customer knows what and where to pick things up at.

DENISE AThe truck cab was dirty with leaf and grass clippings, and the previous driver’s paperwork. The driver side headlight was not working. They also did not have my dollies or moving pads. And no one told me ahead of time that they would not have them.

WILLIAM HU-haul tried to sneak trip insurance on to the bill on the day I picked up the truck even though I explicitly denied it when I made the reservation.

Johnathan Bleft front tire was down 32lbls. of pressure. Had to go fill it myself and was charged per mile to go fill up the tire because there wasn't anyone available to fill it.

frank sThe truck can has ashes on the floor. There were empty water bottles and boxes in the cab. There was a used band aid in the cab. The cargo area was full of salt that needed to be swept out. The front tires were worn from being out of alignment. The truck wondered on the highway because of the alignment.

Rick GI ordered two dozen blankets. They were not in the truck and the store was closed so I did not have the blankets I needed. Had to go buy some. !
Curtis HThe driver door pop half open and stopped on the safety second latch . I thought the window came open because I could feel the breeze. I was going around 50 mph. For 5 or 6 mile an hour. The exhaust was leaking also .the tires were out of balance and finally the back overhead door was closed and jammed. I couldn’t pull the latch open. I had to use a lug wrench
charles hVery friendly environment with very friendly and courteous staff. One of the staff helped with unhooking the trailer and parking it in a space.
Douglas PExcellent customer service at this location. They were very helpful with changing the reservation to add an additional day. Maybe previous renter should sweep out the truck before returning it.

Tracy WWhen you order Appliance dolly and furniture pads. They should be in the truck. Because the place was not open. I was unable to get these items and hand to go to the store to purchase a Appliance dolly it cost me 199.00. Was very disappointed but had no choice as I had moving helpers at my house to do the work. This cost me more than 199.00 it cost me time.

chris mI went to 3 U-Haul locations including this one and no one had a one=way trailer available. I had to pull a loaded trailer to Colorado and then had to pull the empty back to this location. What happened to customer service in this country? Corporations now have piss poor attitudes where the customer is involved.
JOSEPH NHad to do a short move and had my belongings in a 10x10 storage unit and rented a 15 ft truck which fit all of it. Perfect for what I needed it for and foundry beat the price and it took less than 2 hours to load and unload and get truck back, was worth it moving myself as movers wanted over $1000 and I wasn’t paying that. It is efficient and worth the price if you’re willing to move yourself.

Joseph JHave someone to unhitch the trailer on duty. I had to figure out how to do it myself since I wasn’t the one who attached it.
Steve sI was charged for a toll that I never went through. The toll plaza that was charged was about 1 hour away from my pickup location of the vehicle. Per my receipt, I picked the vehicle up at 9:51am. The toll was charged at 9:52am. Somehow they are arguing that I traveled 1 hour in 1 minute... When I submitted a claim, I never once was contacted about this. It was only $2.40 for the toll, but it's the principle of the situation. They wouldn't even give me a chance to show them they were wrong. Definitely not using UHaul again.
Jeremy VIf a customer reserves moving equipment, please have it in stock so that they don't have to request a refund from uhaul.
