The original vehicle we were promised was not available, corporate did give us an alternative. We were in a time crunch so we had to make do. Shortly after into our move the pull behind lights stopped working properly. Then the transmission on truck was making a funny noise. At turn in,we were promised a lower mileage rate,but was charged higher. The female clerk seemed overwhelmed, and was a little short with us.

JULIE SEverything went smooth and great with the rental. Both ladies that helped me at ACE Hardware were very polite and respectful, at both pick up and drop off. This is the second time I have rented there and both times were no stress and simple like it should be, great location to rent from!
Matt CI don’t believe you should be charged a fee to returned a pull behind trailer after hours. Especially when you take pictures of it and send them to you via email after you drop off. Why would you charge someone for dropping equipment off earlier even though the rental place is closed. Not happy about that and would like a refund of the $42 you charge me for dropping off after hours but before my rental was do.
