Super nice people work here super helpful and not expensive
SHANE JReserved 6x12 trailer several weeks ago. The trailer wasn’t on site and I had to move my kid in. The only option was a 26’ van. I had to use it but it wasn’t ideal or safe as I was driving in residential area n narrow streets of Chicago. It created a lot if stress and anxiety. In addition I had to pay to refill tank ($60) and mileage ($160). So for something I thought would cost $75 it cost me $200. The Ace tried to remove milesge and couldn’t. In addition, I asked for a printed receipt and she couldn’t provide it. My experience with UHaul has always been good. So this is an exception but a terrible experience nonetheless.
