How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhen the trailer was picked up, the safety chains were incorrectly connected to the vehicle. More training should be considered as I needed to make adjustments following additional information provided by other U-Haul representatives.
James PMy only (and pretty big to me) is that I was charged for gas. I returned it exactly as it was when I picked up the truck. I stopped for gas 1 minute prior to dropping it off. I did reach out to U-Haul immediately when I got the invoice but no response back. The woman who checked me out at pickup was absolutely great but no one likes to charged incorrectly.
Lee TI got overcharged for no reason, the light wouldn’t go off on the inside & there was a hole at the top when I got it.
gabbie gThe clerk was not friendly, she just wanted to recite a script. Very loud when speaking to me.
