The truck was old but it was just for a quick trip so it was ok. Staff at Ace were polite and professional.
Richard BThe original vehicle we were promised was not available, corporate did give us an alternative. We were in a time crunch so we had to make do. Shortly after into our move the pull behind lights stopped working properly. Then the transmission on truck was making a funny noise. At turn in,we were promised a lower mileage rate,but was charged higher. The female clerk seemed overwhelmed, and was a little short with us.
