Everything went smooth and great with the rental. Both ladies that helped me at ACE Hardware were very polite and respectful, at both pick up and drop off. This is the second time I have rented there and both times were no stress and simple like it should be, great location to rent from!

I don’t believe you should be charged a fee to returned a pull behind trailer after hours. Especially when you take pictures of it and send them to you via email after you drop off. Why would you charge someone for dropping equipment off earlier even though the rental place is closed. Not happy about that and would like a refund of the $42 you charge me for dropping off after hours but before my rental was do.
Roberta MUpon return, I had to check it in online (even though the Ace Hardware store was still open). This was not a big deal, but I wish they would have told me that when I picked it up. I could have had the app downloaded and account set up already.
