My move was on Oct 15. I paid for the 2 day rental the money was taken out of my account and then place back into my account. I wasn't billed for the rental until today which was almost 3 weeks after my move. Makes it really hard for someone to stick to their monthly budget not knowing when the charge will be. Should have left the original charge on there the day I rented the uhaul and just credited me what was owed.Francis T.
Having a second person available to help people pick up their keys, while others are being served, would be fantastic, since it's a really long wait if the person ahead in the queue is starting the process from the beginning.Kevin P.

Rental desk was inside an ACE Hardware store. Neither the rental or return clerks could connect with U-Haul's computer system, took 40 minutes to obtain the trailer and 30 to return it, with him providing a hand written receipt of equipment. U-Haul later called and corrected paperwork.lisa C.
I asked the representative when I needed to have the trailer back, I was told by noon the following day. As per the contract, as shown on my rental contract, I had the trailer returned before noon but was charged for a second day because I actually needed to have it back at 11:29 that day, not noon as instructed by the representative. I also was somehow charged for "Safe Tow" coverage which I had already previously declined when I made the reservation online.KLINE P.
