JUAN CWas lied too about certain things multiple times, alignment was seriously off steering wheel was halfway to the left the entire time I drove it. Passenger door had to be slammed to actually close. Whole rental needs major repairs and better upkeep.

JUAN CThey young Hispanic boys rented a truck to us that said "fuck you bitch ass niggas" on the right and the word "bitch" on the left. Didn't say anything until we walked out and saw it. Then acted nonchalant about it. Remind you in African American and that was very racist.

Sean NService was sub par at best. When I booked online i requested 15 miles but when I was in person they said it is a 100 mile minimum granted if you use less then you pay less. Still BS that they make you do the 100 miles at this location. This location never has moving blankets for use. Do your self a favor and get a truck from another U-Haul location.
Douglas Dpoor service. got to rental location at confirmed time. app told me to call the assistance # I was told that there were no keys left for me at the location. so after 1 uber there, I had to take another Uber back home. had another reservation for this morning at 8am. agent told me there were no dolly's. I had it confirmed. now what do I do? screwed up my moving plans for the day.

JOSE RRepresentatives can be a little more friendly to customers. The vehicle was not clean in the cab nor the truck and mom’s attic space.
TANA WCustomer service rep was terrible. The trucks breaks are bad. My dolly was not available cashing me to have to go to Home Depot for one. Next time I’ll just go there for a truck also.

Chante CThe truck rented to me was filthy inside with some sort of white powder. I had to clean it before it could be used and using it was also difficult. The back loading door was somehow off which made it difficult to move up or down. It also got stuck open and I had to spend time wrenching it out of the top lip which delayed me so much I ended up with another day's rental. Also when braking the truck pulls hard to the right. This truck should not be on the road. As far as the location, meh it's okay but they really don't care and providing them the feedback in person is like talking to a wall.

RANDY GThe truck I was driving need a transmission the gears was not changing the way they should it was struggling. Keep jerking . And the motor was loud roaring sound. It was ok for a short distance would not drive it on a long haul .

CHARLES CEmployee was rude and refused to do a walk around inspection with me . The link he said he sent to report damage never came thru. His reply was I don’t know what to tell you. Said he couldn’t leave store cause he was a cashier but there were 3 other cashiers and they were not busy.

Tuan DDid not like truck sun visor was broken and keep flopping in my vision. Needed a little more cleaning. Next time give me the truck I ask for. It was not this location fault but Uhaul.

JUAN CI was told to put a 3/4 of gas in the truck, but the truck did not have that much gas when I picked it up. I was also told from an alert to put air in the front right tire. I don’t understand why the responsibility fall on me to do that when picked up a u-haul.

NDRES LOnline I have selected utility dolly rental and when I went there , they said it is not available. Worst experience I faced due to non availability of the needful utility cart.

Georgia AWhen I made my reservation, I asked not to have to use the app (it NEVER works). The girl who processed my reservation (Ashley) was rude, spoke at me so fast, that I could barely understand her. Then, when I went to inspect the vehicle I was assigned, it still had equipment from the last "family" that rented it, and was parked where I almost could not get it out of the parking space because two other trucks were parked on either side and there was not very much space in front to pull out easily. Three other trucks (same size) were parked all around it, but that was the one I was instructed to take. When I went back inside to ask about what to do with the equipment left in the truck, Joe told me I was in the wrong place and I had to walk around to another register because I was "in the wrong place". All I needed was an answer to my question regarding the truck not being prepared for my reservation before I arrived. Then, when I read the contract emailed to me, I discovered that I would be "fined" $20 dollars if I did not use the app to return the vehicle. This was never discussed when I made the reservation, nor when I picked up the truck. This is not customer friendly practices; especially when I specifically asked not to have to use the app when I made the reservation (it rarely works properly). The truck was an older truck with nearly 100,000 miles and sounded like it had a hole in the muffler. I rented from U-Haul because of positive past experiences, even though U-Haul charges $0.89 per mile as opposed to $0.71 cents per mile charged at Penske. I know where I will rent from next time... U-Haul does not offer AAA discounts either. Poor/rude "service", the worst truck I have ever rented, and deceptional practices regarding the use of the app were very disappointing.
