Have everything in order when knowing someone is coming, we were delayed 45 minutes waiting at the location because they could not find a key and were as slow as possible trying to find it, our movers had to wait almost an hour to get started which made us have to pay an extra hour with the movers because we did not have the time.

This location have excellent costumer service
MARTHA AYour vehicles should be serviced before allowing them to go out. There was a slight smell when driving, when backing up there was a jerk as if hitting something, you could not put the seat back if you had long legs, therefore it was uncomfortable, it drove like it too lose, other than that it was spacious, and clean upon picking it up.
Tina YThis is second uhaul Ive rented and the truck was not swept out, there was trash in the cab, broken eye glasses, told the gas tank was full it was not it was 3/4 full but I turned it in full regardless and damages to trucks painted job on both sides. Not to mention the service at Ace was again less than average missing keys unable to use my app, not friendly 😕
