ACE was open but they stopped taking trucks after 3pm. Workers are there but wouldn’t help me and told me to do it via the app and drop box. I don’t mind doing it when the location is closed but not when they are open.

Scott HHave everything in order when knowing someone is coming, we were delayed 45 minutes waiting at the location because they could not find a key and were as slow as possible trying to find it, our movers had to wait almost an hour to get started which made us have to pay an extra hour with the movers because we did not have the time.
