I dropped off my truck less than 24hrs after renting. I’ve had nothing but issues with people lying about calling to change locations and the chat in the app lying about taking care of issues I had. Now they keep trying to charge me for an entire extra day when I already prepaid for the truck and had it less than 24hrs. Due to the app having issues, someone didn’t realize my truck was returned in time. But in speaking with the chat, they were to have notated in the system any issues I had to prevent me from being charged. I have all the proof and it was sent to customer service. I will never use U-Haul app again.

Clean the back of the truck before renting it to a new customer
Curtis GTruck smelled like smoke. It had an old hotel receipt left on the seat. The tank was half full, so I had to go fill it up, not ideal. It should be standard practice for a customer to pick it up full. It took forever to get the keys because I wasn't provided guidance, so I had to call. The drop of was super easy and the gentleman at that location was super nice! I'm sorry I had to cancel the trailer pull, I just had some things come up that delayed my leaving. I would've liked to have done it, but had no choice but to cancel.
Oscar CI was overcharged and also cashiers /manager was rude . I will never return to this location .
