The steering in the truck was a bit tough to steer and the front end seemed to need a front end alignment

David WI had ordered moving equipment (dollies, moving pads) and did not receive them. I did speak with the rental desk at the store and they seemed sincere in their apologies for not seeing the extra equipment. I was able to get a refund, so not holding it against them.
Tracey HIt all started with using the 24/7 on line app to rent this truck, so I could pick it up at 8:00am before the store opened. We arrived at 8:00 am to pick it up and we started the online pickup process that took over 25 minutes for our reference people to be called and confirmed. My wife eventually called the service line to help expedite the process. The phone contact that my wife finally was connected to, helped us out. We located the key for the truck that was in the return key box. This location doesn’t have a pickup key box. We finally got a key for the truck and started the truck, and it would not stay running. Finally the lady that my wife spoke to contacted the store and a rep came out, to help us with no avail. He told me that he only had a 15’ truck available, so we took it. This location only had 9 blankets for us, when we requested 12 and paid for 12. The 15 foot truck they put me in had less than an 1/8 of a tank of gas.. I had to stop immediately to get gas before I ran out. We were not able to get everything moved because of the smaller truck they supplied me with. When I returned it, they would not help me out with any discount at all for the wrong size of truck and shorting me on 3 blankets, and no fuel. I would not recommend this location or UHaul to anyone!

Annelise CIt was just before closing time when we need to call. Owner said no one would be around and to use the App. In Uhaul's defense the whole APP process would have been better with better WIFI and phone service.
Dennis AProcess of reservation went well. Pre pickup was good. Equipment was good. Return went ok. Only issue was a surprise on checkout was the gas charge. We were told on pickup what the charge would be for the truck and mileage cost but no mention was made of the gas charge. Until we returned the truck. It would have nice if we were told this up front When we questioned the charge we were very bluntly told the your contract. Just saying to anybody renting to make sure you know all charges. I accomplished my daughter who rented the truck and neither of us were told this. I would drive to another town too. Rent rather than be treated so rudely

Joe TThe truck was dirty when I picked and 2 hours later when we were loading the truck the door broke and was stuck open! We sat waiting for 2 hours for someone to come fix it only for them to call back and say there was no one to come help and we just had to wait until morning. I called 3 times and kept telling them that being the truck was loaded it could not sit overnight so they finally sent someone to cut the cables so that I could at least close the door. I was told someone would come in the morning to fix it. Then in the morning I got a call back saying they couldn't find someone to come until hours after we needed to left. We left anyways, and when the truck was returned they were mad at me for the broken door. Not a good experience! I was also charged way more than I was quoted for.
