My reservation was changed to this location without my approval and with no information transfered over, but honestly it was a blessing in disguise. I didn't manage to catch any names, but the receptionist was fantastic and redoing the reservation was a smooth process. The rental truck also happened to be stuck in ice after a surrounding puddle froze overnight, but after walking back to the location where we all laughed together over it, the staff managed to pull the truck out with their own vehicle. If I could give six stars, I absolutely would. 10/10 experience
