I was given a trailer with two bad tires. No one was even there with the trailer when I arrived. I just went into the store and was told which trailer to take. It didn't seem like the tires had been inspected by anyone after the previous use which led to us having a blowout on the interstate.AUSTINMARK B.

I personally would not recommend nor use uhaul again when I need to move because they claim to have affordable prices, but the prices really aren't that great. I was only supposed to pay 75-90 dollars on truck but instead got charged for $116. NEVER againJayla T.

Uhaul's contactless rental disappointed me again. The Uhaul trucks are parked away from Ace Hardware. I parked near the trucks and the website said I wasn't at the right location. I had to drive up to the store to get the website to process. I took a long time waiting for approval, like over 10 minutes. The location of the key was not made known on the website. I had to search for over 10 minutes to find it. The truck was not swept out and there were two wet dirty moving blankets in the back. The 12 moving blankets I requested were not in the truck. I had to go inside and talk to a Uhaul rep to get the blankets. Therefore it wasn't contactless after all and wasted another 15 minutes of my time. Uhaul's poor check in process wasted over 45 minutes of my time and in the end wasn't contactless.JAMIE E.
Better trucks. The truck ran rough and the truck had sand in the front when I picked it up from uhaul. This system you have logging in an reporting stuff on the app needs adjustment. The question asked caused me to have to pay a 25 dollar cleaning fee because it had sand in the front when I picked it up. With that fact to me it wasn't clean enough for anyone to rent, until the front was cleaned.Annette D.

You can make sure that your company follows through with an Online/ phone order make sure that the extra tools that customers rent are in the truck and make sure that the lights on the truck works especially if you have an customer who's gonna be picking up an truck after hours, make sure that they don't get the run around like I did I've waisting so much time on Uber that it was unbelievable from getting a ride from one place to another... someone In customer service stated to me about an refund for my tool rental and another for the truck rental they said that they would but hey that never happened.. they fell short once again on there word then they said that I had an storage that I didn't want at all says that it comes with the rental. But hey I'm just little ol me sometimes when big business becomes quite large they become very relaxed like it's not competition out here they need to keep the same energy that put them in business in the first place like keeping your word to an customer making sure that the vehicles are safe on the road having the availability and the extra that customers pay for like dollies etc..Esther B.

I was over the time i discussed with the representative. Arrived after the ace hardware closed. So i went to the text. Went to return vehicle. And the web site was not helpful. I placed the keys into the return box assuming the workers would check first thing. I got booked for two days when i only used it for about 3.5 hours... So no. Either have a better website or have employees that check in returns first thing. I'm a disabled homeless veteran. Thank you . i need every penny i can get... So i don't appreciate the employees bout checking the return box first thing... Would hate for someone to be expected to do their job...Sean R.

The equipment was well maintained but the cargo area was pretty nasty when I received it. It had not been swept or cleaned from the previous rental and smelt like animal and urine. I borrowed a broom from the store and cleaned it myself so I would not have any of the nasty debris that was left over at my house.Ian W.

I had pick up scheduled for friday at 530pm so that we could load the truck then Saturday morning unload at new place I picked up the truck and first noticed only 1 dolly when I ordered 2. then I went to pick up my son and the truck wouldn't start when we tried to leave. I had no one to. jump us until Saturday morning. then after getting truck loaded battery was dead again. had to wait for a jump. after emptying truck it died again. once again waited for a jump. so I paid for 2 days because your truck wouldn't start. it was a horrible experienceJodie M.
Was treated extremely rudely when I asked if I could just drop off the keys and then charged a SECOND day after being forced to wait for your employee while he purposely took his time with the customer ahead of me, causing my return to be a few minutes late, and also falsified the initial mileage. Truck was not cleaned out. Online check in did not work. I made the reservation 2 weeks before rental but location did not have dolly that was ordered. I got there a little early (under 1 hour) and system tried to charge me for 2 day rental. This with previous uhaul experience at the beginning of the month I do not think I will use uhaul again.joseph M.

I did the app based check in , picking up the key was a chore. Waited in one line, to have someone radioed to grab the key and hand it to me. Returning was a similar process as the key Dropbox would not fit the key to the truck. Truck complained of needing the oil changed, being out of washer fluid and seemed to have a failing exhaust system. The bed of the truck had been replaced but not repainted which didn't matter, but did not match the photos at pickup we let the store know and they noted it on the transaction.Jonathan W.

The worker helping me was amazing. Wish I was able to get his name. Just one problem. I order a appliance dolly, online with my reservation. At pick up, I was told they don't have them in the store, I was picking up a washer and dryer I really needed that dolly. I had to drive 4 miles to another U-Haul to retrieve the dolly. I wasted about 30 minutes of my time just doing that. I didn't hassle long about the extra miles or the time lost, I'm certain it was because I received great customer service while in the store.Latanya P.
