Better customer service and vehicle conditions
Sean B.We had to keep driving from one location to another because of miscommunication basically. The communication between one location to another was so painfully lacking that we were left driving around confused. BUT, there is a saving grace in all of these, at least everyone were kind and nice.

nicole H.I tried the mobile pick up, but the location would. It recognize me when I arrived, so I had to go inside. That added 30 mins to the day. I also didn't notice the gash in the sidewall if the tire, which ended up being a flat when I got to my house. Took 4 hours for them to fix it. The only reason I would recommend the location is because of proximity.
