Truck was not at all cle. Service this this was poor. I was charged gas that I replaced before I returned the truck. The person never came out to check me out. There was a light on about a tire having problems. Never again.PROMISSYJUNETTE L.

People were nice but the vehicle was not available when I arrived. I had to go to a different location to pick up the truck. I spent 45 minutes in the store waiting for them to find me a truck and get transferred to the other store. I then had to drive to another location to pick the truck up.Robin S.

Uhaul's contactless rental disappointed me again. The Uhaul trucks are parked away from Ace Hardware. I parked near the trucks and the website said I wasn't at the right location. I had to drive up to the store to get the website to process. I took a long time waiting for approval, like over 10 minutes. The location of the key was not made known on the website. I had to search for over 10 minutes to find it. The truck was not swept out and there were two wet dirty moving blankets in the back. The 12 moving blankets I requested were not in the truck. I had to go inside and talk to a Uhaul rep to get the blankets. Therefore it wasn't contactless after all and wasted another 15 minutes of my time. Uhaul's poor check in process wasted over 45 minutes of my time and in the end wasn't contactless.JAMIE E.
Better trucks. The truck ran rough and the truck had sand in the front when I picked it up from uhaul. This system you have logging in an reporting stuff on the app needs adjustment. The question asked caused me to have to pay a 25 dollar cleaning fee because it had sand in the front when I picked it up. With that fact to me it wasn't clean enough for anyone to rent, until the front was cleaned.Annette D.

You can make sure that your company follows through with an Online/ phone order make sure that the extra tools that customers rent are in the truck and make sure that the lights on the truck works especially if you have an customer who's gonna be picking up an truck after hours, make sure that they don't get the run around like I did I've waisting so much time on Uber that it was unbelievable from getting a ride from one place to another... someone In customer service stated to me about an refund for my tool rental and another for the truck rental they said that they would but hey that never happened.. they fell short once again on there word then they said that I had an storage that I didn't want at all says that it comes with the rental. But hey I'm just little ol me sometimes when big business becomes quite large they become very relaxed like it's not competition out here they need to keep the same energy that put them in business in the first place like keeping your word to an customer making sure that the vehicles are safe on the road having the availability and the extra that customers pay for like dollies etc..Esther B.
