MARGARET STrash in the back of the truck dolly was dirty and unraveled. And on yalls part u-haul charged me for an extra day that I was told wouldn't be charged if I dropped the truck the following day wich was Sunday

Stacey EOpenly disclose that a customer can mobile check out an hour prior to scheduled time. I say this due to it took me around 20-30 minutes to complete and I am very familiar with technology, moreover some areas might have slow connectivity.

Roberto GThe young man who assisted me with the rental very professional. The issues I have are with the truck. When got in the truck there was an odd odor. The odor kept getting stronger the further I drove. Honestly it smelled as if someone vomited in the ventilation system. Then when the truck reached 55 mph started shaking violently. Slowed to 50 seamed to be ok. If I would not been operating locally I would have returned the truck. Service was great the truck not so much. Thank you, Robert Hornsby
Robert HPickup was fine and equipment was fine but drop-off location refused to assist with my drop-off at 4pm even through they claim to be open until 530. Had to process drop off myself

sloman eThis location has plenty of equipment and if not they can obtain it from a U-Haul move center if you give U-Haul time. We have rented 10 trailers over a 180 period and every time the trailer is clean and ready to go. Lights work and the trailers are well maintained.

Benny HMy original drop off location which was Mercury coliseum. Was not excepting returns. I had to go to Ace Hardware location instead . this was a waste of my time and fuel. There should be something in the data base that prevents this from happening
Juan FTruck pick up process was very poor, app was freezing up and once I received lock box code for access to keys there was no key in box. Truck was in very poor condition. There was something majorly wrong with wheels or axels and felt very unsafe to drive leaving the parking lot. Truck drop off process was poor with app freezing and unable to proceed from one screen to the next. I have rented numerous uhauls prior and will likely never rent one again based on this experience

diamond HRick (sorry if I got the name wrong) was great. Super easy to drop off the trailer, and they (him and Jessica) even helped unhook me while I was shopping in their store. I love this ACE and come back for the great service as often as I can.
Mark RRental was missing a spare tire and the front driver's tire was bald and had steel belts showing. We had to wait for 4 hours for the tire to be replaced. We estimated 100 mile usage, but we ended up only using approximately 50 due to poor maintenance of the vehicle which could've cost a dangerous situation. The group we had come to help us move could not do anything until the tire was fixed and we could load the truck. While the location staff and roadside assistance were very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond at times, we really weren't able to use the rental like we had hoped.

Sean BWe had to keep driving from one location to another because of miscommunication basically. The communication between one location to another was so painfully lacking that we were left driving around confused. BUT, there is a saving grace in all of these, at least everyone were kind and nice.

nicole hI tried the mobile pick up, but the location would. It recognize me when I arrived, so I had to go inside. That added 30 mins to the day. I also didn’t notice the gash in the sidewall if the tire, which ended up being a flat when I got to my house. Took 4 hours for them to fix it. The only reason I would recommend the location is because of proximity.

dontae bWe rent trucks several times per year. Usually the clerk asks if there were any issues with the truck that they should know about. This time they didn't ask and there was a real issue with vibration in the truck that I didn't report. He also didn't want to print a paper receipt for me. The only reason I rated this location this high was because of the stellar experiences in the past and I'm hoping this was an isolated incident. There s still a problem with the truck though.

Michael WI was told by the attendant. A female "Paint manager" I am not sure of her name that no $20 uhals were available. I only needed a small one. Instead I was forced to use a 26 foot one. It was a good vehicle but I had to spend unneeded money for something I did not need when there were uhauls avail. I informed this to the make attendant when I came back. He was nice. But again. I will nor be coming back to this location because of this.
Kelly Fmaintenance checks on the trucks, the 26’ truck I rented had a MASSIVE exhaust leak filling the cabin so much we had to have the windows down the whole trip. Also barely wanted to “turnover” when starting.

Lawson BWhen we arrived home and lifted the back of the truck to begin loading we discovered blankets and two wet disgusting mattresses left in the back. We have to remove them ourselves in order to begin loading please check trucks we shouldn’t have had to touch those at all as well as remove them. We paid to use the truck to move our belongings not to remove someone else’s and make more work for ourselves.
Alfonza DAppliance dolly did not have the rubber tracks on the bottom back side that made it hard to go up and down stairs with appliances. Recommend installing those.
Francis MOverall, it was a good experience. However, it was the Labor day weekend and the location seemed to be short of staff and I had to wait at least 30 minutes to get the truck, but I would certainly use them again.
DEBRA JWrapper in cab and body had broken plastic in it. I got the truck and the needle was on the left side of full. I brought it back full but still had to pay since we went a few miles over the 500 we estimated. I had to wait 10-15 minutes for a U-Haul agent to check me out but she was very nice and accommodating which made the experience better.

Bradley MI had a very difficult time returning the truck! I spent 20~30 minutes just trying to return the truck. I tried the app and the site and different browsers and everytime it was just a struggle.
naseem aThey entered the wrong numbers and despite me trying to dispute this they are still demanding I pay the balance. I'm not doing it. Why should I pay for millegae I didn't use.

THOMASJAMES WNone of the items I reserved for my move were ready or available at my pick up time. No blankets, furniture dollies, appliance dollies, NOTHING. Truck interior had trash inside. Cup holders full of water. Candy wrappers. No dolly inside of Truck. Broken wooden slat inside. Sounded like it had no exhaust at all. Overall undesirable experience. I will be sure to let my friends and family know that if they want an organized moving day, don't bother with uhaul.
Richard PI've been renting from Uhaul for most of my life, from coast to coast and from north to south. As a service member, a lot of times we rely on this service because of it's convenience. This rental was by far the worst experience I have had with renting from you. If I was not pressed for time and already exhausted from moving, I would have cancelled the whole thing. That said, the condition of the vehicle when I picked it up was deplorable. As stated, I'm in the military; and I was afraid to actually touch the floor with my feet. I dunno what sticky liquid was left all over the cabin but there was no way to avoid it. There was trash throughout and it was in a word, disgusting not to mention the smell. The last issue I had was the furniture dolly I requested was not in the truck either. There was a reason I needed a furniture dolly, and not having one caused me more than just heartache. Overall I was remarkably disappointed at the lack of professionalism at this establishment such that they would allow a truck in this condition to be rented out for use.

betsaida tThe overall cleanliness of the truck was fine. However, the driver side wiper blade was destroyed and I happen to rent the truck on a day where we had severe thunderstorms, so this caused me a delay as I was unable to even drive the vehicle with no working wiper blade. HUGE inconvenience and waste of money/time. This was my first time renting from U-Haul, but after this experience I will find another company next time to avoid the frustration.
