Trailer tire had a bubble which made the wheel hop. Had to stop for 2 hours to get it replaced. Trailer lights were not operating, so night driving was highly illegal. Lastly, trailer leaked water. Several of our items are wet and damaged to include our queen mattress.

The only and biggest reason why I would not recommend this place to a friend and not giving it a 5 star rating is due to the increased storage cost. On our third month in you guys increased the rental space by $10. That’s not a way to do business or treat customers.

Triple the cost to rent a 5x8 trailer there compared to other places in the state.
The guys were great at the counter and getting the trailer hooked up. The inside of the trailer was clean, the outside was awful..
I posted that I would not recommend due to the cost. I would recommend based on the service.

Everything was 'all good' with my experience w/Acorn. My ONLY concern is that Acorn does not cash the payment checks in a timely manner. There were occasions when it was 3 weeks to a month before I'd receive a post from my bank. I think your deposit should be done more often, for the customers convenience. You 'expect' payment in a timely manner without penalty; I feel deposits should be made in the same timely manner.

I had a trailer tire flat while enroute to Melbourne from Jacksonville, I was dreading the time lost and sitting on a busy interstate waiting for help to arrive, I called U-Haul and was assured my location was known and help would be arriving within an hour. I love this storage center. I wish they had a non climate control section so I could keep all my stuff in one place. The staff are awesome every time I rent from there. It is probably the cleanest best run storage I’ve ever used. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know
