I rented a car hauler, one of the ramps (Left side) when pulled out comes out all the way out, the spring that prevents it form popping out of place its not there. This can potentially hurt someone.

Douglas BSometimes the wait time is long. This facility is huge and usually busy all the time. Friendly staff and this site has everything you would need to move. Other than the wait time, there is no issues with this U Haul facility.
Sheryl GI love this location and it’s the first place I go to rent trucks trailers or storage. There’s been a few employee changes over the years and all the new people are always great. James who I think is the regional manager is hiring some great staff and as a business owner myself I know that’s the hardest part of managing.
