Bryce was extremely friendly and courteous, but did not add the extra items I had requested. He simply generated a contract sheet. Gary provided me with the items I requested when I returned to pick up the rental. When I returned the vehicle and equipment, I told Gary what the return mileage was, which was within the covered mileage range, but without reading/verifying the odometer, he charged me the extra mileage price without even inspecting the vehicle I had returned with more gasoline in the tank than he required, and clean. Having experienced U-Haul rentals on three different occasions, what else can I do? As a customer, I'm at the mercy of U-Haul's shady pricing and business ethics. Now that I know this company's questionable behavior, I won't be recommending nor renting from U-Haul again. I learned my lesson. U-Haul might have been a great rental company many years ago, but not anymore.

XAVIER SThe location is great the people there are awesome. The trailer not so much, had wiring issues that blew a lot of fuses on my truck, couldn't drive it at night because of it and had to get a hotel. I ended up spending 250.00 dollars out of pocket because of this trailer. I have rented multiple times from this location and was the first time I ever had an issue with the trailer. Problem was the lights work, but as soon as you hit a bump it grounds out and blows your fuse. It had corrosive wires all over.
