The trailer I rented was dirty. I had to sweep and mop out the floor before I could use it. Otherwise the experience was good.

The drop-off was not a pleasant experience. Nowhere on the contract did it mention the hours of operation for the drop-off location, (even though it was available online). They closed a 4PM which would normally have been fine if I had been made aware beforehand, so when we showed up at 4:05 the attendant was locking up the building and told us to come back the next morning. I made an attempt to drop off at another U-Haul location and was told that because the location was set for the Acorn Storage facility it couldn't be dropped off anywhere else (which also would have been nice to know beforehand). I was told at the new location that I could use either the online drop-off or the mobile app to drop off after hours. Neither worked like they should have and I was unable to reach a representative after 15 minutes of waiting on hold.

When I showed up at the U-Haul Rental location, my Trailer was sitting out front ready for me to pull up to and tow away. I had filled out the pre-Rental information online (License, etc.) so it only took a couple minutes for the transaction. After that, the attendant walked out and hooked up the trailer, showed me the normal but important aspects of the trailer including testing the lighting system. This was the best U-Haul Rental experience that I have ever had. Dropping the trailer off was a breeze also. I went in and the attendant said "I'll open the gate, you can back the trailer into this spot (pointing to Security Monitor pics of the Secure Lot). It took me about a minute to drop off and another minute to disconnect then I was on my way. What a breeze and nice overall experience!

This location was wonderful however it was not the location I requested. I had reserved a truck 45 days in advance at the Palm Bay road mega center (due to location) and was told when I got there that all the 10ft trucks on the lot (there were lots) had been reserved for others. My sister had a similar situation 2 months prior with the same store (same unhelpful employee). She had not reserved one in advance, so I made sure I had a reservation (a month and a half in advance) yet still was told I they could not give me a truck. This was very inconvenient as we were on a tight schedule. However, Larry at the Culver store location was very helpful and friendly.

I had a rental for 7am but there wasn't a truck ready for me when I arrived. Had to wait for an employee to show up and he helped me out. They are super friendly, just don't do an after hours rental with them.
