JAMES WThe uhaul app is awful and not functional. It did not work for picking up the truck after hours. Super frustrating. Lots of coordination is required with family and friends to make a move successful. The app not working really messed up my plans and inconvenienced others. If there was a question on the app I’d give it a thumbs down. It ruined the whole experience.

JAMES RRequested a truck online but was called and offered a 10' box, not offered a discount for the decrease in gas mileage and uncomfortable driving position, both explicit reasons for wanting a truck. Box Truck had tire fault indicator on entire time. After first time of 8am appointment, where employee opened up at 805 and I didn't drive out until 830, I figured this time would be better. Nope. This location has lost my business.
