I arrived at 11am to pick up my vehicle, and the staff at the location were not there, and did not answer after 20 minutes of trying. Once we were able to get in contact the staff did not arrive until 11:50 and we did not leave with our truck rental until 12:05. While using the vehicle, it smelled unclean & power steering was very intermittent and the alignment was extremely off to the point we had to hold the wheel at an extreme angle to keep it straight and with a lot of force. The vehicle also developed a check engine light and on the return journey to the location the vehicle felt unsafe to drive.

There were many avenues available to rent uhaul equipment and it became confusing at one point, but I got it eventually and all went well.

I asked for counter pickup. There was no one there. I used the ring doorbell to, perhaps, alert someone in the back that I was at the door. A woman got on the line and said no one was there. She then asked if I had a reservation, which I did. She told me the reservation was for self-pickup. That is not what I booked. I proceeded to follow the instructions for self-pick up. Then the truck was dirty and smelly, with barely a quarter tank of gas. Please place was a mess, the truck was a mess and the service was a mess.

it was first time with the self service app thing. It was a little frustrating but now that I have gone through the process, I like it.

The Dolly and blankets were not loaded into the truck. I had to go to another uhaul location to pick them up.
