Timothy SThis location and the equipment was excellent, however, the 24/7 pickup and drop-off interface in the app is abominable. It was insanely difficult and overly complicated. It took me 30 minutes to pick up the truck, and 20 minutes to drop it off. Please fix this issue. I will not be using a 24/7 drop off system in the future.
Ethan AWe were able to get the type of vehicle, for the time we needed it, on short notice. I know this is unusual, to get a vehicle on short notice. We only needed it for a few hours, and returned it before the next person needed it.

Jennifer HTried to call three times the day before to add blankets to my reservation but no one answered the phone and no voice mail so I was a little concerned. I went early to pick up truck and service was friendly and efficient. My experience the day of was excellent.
Ruth TI ordered a utility jack but they didn't have any and never let me know until I arrived. The truck had problems shifting.
Trent SHorrible experience with self checkout. No one is onsite during advertised hours. Phones are NEVER answered. Double charged for rental and had to be on phone yet again to get fixed. Would like a phone call from appropriate manager to discuss.

Bernadette HTruck that was reserved 3 weeks prior wasn’t ready and didn’t show up after 30 minutes. Optional truck showed up but it was larger so had to pay the extra. Other option was to sit around and continue to wait. Bad experience and annoyed my options were to wait or pay more than what I reserved.

Jean LIn our experience phone is never answered. We drove to location three weeks before pickup and ordered in person. Very good personnel in person, we were told we can pick up when they open at 9am. On designated day at 9am we arrived to locked doors. Soon there were four more customers, all of us waiting….two other parties arrived and left. Bottom line, at 9:58 a worker arrived and he informed us that his supervisor scheduled him for 10am. Worker was very nice and efficient, it evidently wasn’t his fault, but about 6 or more paying customer groups were very inconvenienced when place didn’t open at 9am. Also, we had to remove snow on our truck windshield, after being over an hour behind schedule already, and it had t snowed the day before, but two days earlier so there was time to have it removed before our arrival. Also we find that your website is not very user friendly, which is why we went physically in the first place
Michael PLocation accepts reservations and shows hours opening at 9:00am on Saturdays. No one was scheduled to work until 10:00am, so we waited over an hour to pickup the truck along with several other people who had reservations at 9. Their scheduling needs major improvement.
Joseph KThe person at the uHaul location was awesome. She was very nice and helped me get the dolly and moving pads to my truck. I also wanted to give a shout out to Adaptive Movers who we hired to help move all of our furniture. They were fantastic! The owner of the company was great with communication, letting me know when the movers would arrive and just confirming details before our move date. The movers themselves were rock stars! They were fast, efficient, and knew exactly what they were doing. I will for sure hire them again if we have to move again. Overall great experience.
Michael JNot sure how to even respond to this. I have rented with Uhaul multiple times and EVERY time I use the app to PICK UP my rental, there is a problem. I normally rent these vehicles to deliver and set up large weddings with deadlines and am late every time thanks to UHaul. You've got to do better!!!! These rentals are not cheap and we should be getting better service than this!! Terrible

Christian KThe employee who was working that day was very kind and very helpful. He was patient and just a very nice man. I can't remember his name but he was older and had a limp. Just a great guy.

Patrick AI had to wait 20 min. for the Acorn worker to arrive before i was able to get the key to the rental. The back of the uhaul van was full of an oil like substance when i picked it up, yet i had to take serveral photos to ensure i did not leave it dirty. It really would have been much easier to rent from an actual uhaul facility. I will not make this mistake again.

Eric MOverall truck was in good condition but soon as I started it, the "tire pressure low" warning came on. The location did not have a tire inflator, so had to drive to find nearest. Thankfully did as tire was at 42 PSI with a recommended PSI of 80 and a max of 90. That's uncomfortably low for the highway travel about to do. Was a pay machine inflator so had to pay for that too.
Jeff JVery hard to back up trucks when parked on the left parking spaces. The corner is very tight and difficult to navigate when reversing.
