I have rented from this location for years and this was the first time that I received a very dirty van/truck. Dog hair every where and the windows were full of dog slim. It was gross. I went in to tell the person working and she told me they didn't have time to clean it so it was either that or nothing. She was very rude. My name was even spelt incorrectly. Still is on this email. I wasn't offered another truck nor was I offered a discount for the inconvenience of taking a dirty truck. I don't know if I will be coming back to use this facility or not. Thank you.

On site staff were great. Uhaul system sucks badly. Truck was unavailable and was notified late the afternoon before morning pick up that truck was available 60 miles from original pick up location. Was sent to another location only 25 miles away and learned truck was unavailable for time requested. Finally located a smaller truck when needed, it required I make multiple trips adding unnessary miles and time. When I dropped the truck off after hours the website couldn't find my location. I'd never recommend Uhaul to anyone.

The equipment was maintained but the vehicle needed to be wiped down on the inside. The storage compartment smelled like cat pee but I think that was some rotten cherry peppers or something like that that were still in it from a previous renter. The two furniture pads were damp and smelled musty. That should not be the case, ever.

The truck smelled with body odor. The floor could havebeen cleaned before renting it out for the next customer. The truck runs great. the 10 foot truck I rented is very noisey but did the job. I moved what I needed to move. It is very costly to use Uhaul compared to other services.

I reserved a truck with an appliance dolly and there was not an appliance dolly in the trunk at pick up. I was still charged for an appliance dolly and the utility dolly, which we then had to use due to o appliance dolly. My reservation was not complete at pick up. I should be refunded the $10 for the appliance dolly. I have received no phone call back and this location will not answer the phone.

The online registration system changed the pickup location from Acorn to another location following a pickup time change with no notice of the change in location which was frustrating. However, Acorn had the exact truck and was able to rent it to us one without missing a beat. Very good experience!

Ultimately my rental pick-up worked out satisfactorily. BUT a few hiccups along the way: 1) called/placed order for a pickup at western suburb of Mpls….had to pick up on eastern suburb of St Paul (hour drive each way during rush hour traffic). 2) person who took my call, wrote down the wrong last digit of my phone #.....so when they called back days later to say "we're ready for you", they got someone who didn't know who I was and didn't want the truck....so GM at Uhaul put a "hold/alert" on my account. 3) the day before pickup I get an email saying "van is reserved for you and guaranteed"...…but that is when I learned of the change in pickup location. 4) drive an hour to pickup location, and that is when I find out there is a "hold/Alert" on my account and the counter lady can't process my rental. 4) two separate calls to customer service later.....they are finally able to determine "what" the Alert was for, and had to contact the GM for him to "release" it. 5) so the paperwork/phone calls took an additional hour in order to FINALLY get the rental van. Basically no one particular persons fault.....just the process/procedures weren't necessarily in sync (pickup location not my desired one, email that said everything "reserved/guaranteed", an "Alert" placed on my account without my knowledge, and 2 customer service reps needed to ultimately get the answer).

There was a person inside that just told us to park the truck on on hill in the parking lot, and drop the keys in a drop off box. This was not how I have ever done it before. I have been left with a very uneasy feeling that no-one will know I dropped the truck off.

Acorn personal were excellent. Uhaul itself has a few problems. There were no moving blankets although I had ordered them 2 weeks ago. Insurance had been added to the order by mistake and Acorn staff is not able to change the order at the end of the day. So I'm stuck paying an extra $14 not happy about that.

I showed up without any time scheduling. So I was unsure if I was going to be able to a vehicle. Luckily, and thankfully, there was one available for me to use for the day. The above above question asked if vehicle was clean. The cargo area was fine. But the inside where you drive, there was sticky residue in the cup holders, and items from the previous borrower, in the cracks of the seat. Thanks for accommodating me with no notice.
