Shame on you for treating your long-term customers in this opportunistic manner. You have arbitrarily raised my rent twice for no apparent reason other than greed. I am searching for other facilities.

No one was working when returned the vehicle so we could not talk to him about updating the details of our rental. The odometer entered at the beginning was off. It read 120483 when we got in and we only drove 17 miles bringing it to 120500 but we were charged for 37 miles. The app was also not working when we went to close out and it took way too long before we just had to put the keys in the key drop and leave to be on time to our afternoon.

Isaias EI want to start by saying that the employee who was working the morning of 8/15 was great! She was really the saving grade of the day with her friendliness and explanations. The main issue was that I had scheduled a mobile pickup for 9am (before that location opened for the day). When I arrived and went to check in, there was an error in the system that did not allow me to mobile pick up. The agents I spoke to on the phone helped the best they could, but my options were either to wait 30 minutes for the location to open or to drive 30 minutes to another location for pickup. I ended up waiting the 30 minutes, but it was really frustrating having my moving day start with a delay on the truck.
Leah KExcellent customer service. The person of the office cleared all my questions (since this was my first time leasing a Uhaul) and made the drop off process very easy. She pays a lot of attention to detail. I would recommend this place for further reservations
