Poor service. Pick up location was changed at the last minute due to a double booking causing me to have to drive a half hour out of my way. Drop off instructions were not clear. Van interior was very dusty and dirty and smelled terrible. Because the vehicle was not full of gas upon pick up it made it difficult to estimate how much to fill upon return. Enterprise will receive all my future business.
JONATHAN MI booked online for a 15 foot truck and the rate for kilometers was 1.19 a km. Then I got a email the next day with a location change which was no issue and I was going to get a 20 foot truck. The problem I have is when I got my final bill I was charged 1.43 instead of 1.19. Wondering why that happened. That is not good customer service.
Derrick KI was pleased with the rental , but I was charged for dollies and moving blankets that were not there. Which is fine Because I did not ask for them. But why was I charged for it ???
Joshua BHave some customer service. It's not my job to work for you. We took a half hour going through your app. Taking pictures and filling in information on my phone. It may seem easy for you, because it's your business. But not for someone who doesn't do this every day.
