The furniture pads were kinda dirty, but the location of the truck was a great distance between the apartment I was moving from and the house I was moving to. Getting the keys was a confusing process. I wish the confirmation email had a better explanation of what to expect when picking up the keys to the truck with the self check out method.

Make sure all the gravel that the previous renter hauled in the trailer was cleaned out first .I had to finish sweeping out the corners and blow out the remaining grit and dust when I got home.The paperwork portion went fine so I did not rate poor.

Very easy experience and the vehicle was well maintained. The online process is way more involved than they lead on and the approval process takes way too long and cuts into rental time. This location is great and the vehicle offerings are top notch.

The lock to get into the truck was broken. I ended up starting my move about an hour and a half late.

There was no place to leave the 4 word lock after getting my Key using the 24/7 pick up app on my phone. I ended up leaving it near the front door, but the facility was not open. A bin to put the lock would have been helpful,

Fast, easy, very close to a storage unit, easy to talk to, trucks come with locks for over night, not run outta a gas station so there is plenty of room and less traffic when picking up or dropping off. All around A+!

Location of pickup was exceptional. Dealing with UHAUL customer service was disasterous. Advised them I would be travelling through the night and wouldnt be able to pickup the equipment until 11am. They set the pickup time for 930am to a location that closed at 10am. No call from UHAUL customer service or heads up that this place would close before I thought I would be available to pickup... Need to listen to your customers!!!! Very poor customer service at 1800 Go Uhaul. After some very difficult conversations and having UHAUL customer service hang up on me. I listened to their recording which states, "advise your agent if you would like a copy of recorded conversations". Easy enough... I asked my agent to arrange the calls they've recorded to be sent to me. Was told she could not do that. I asked why not? Because I would have to make other areangements for that to happen...... Why record a message(for everyone calling in) asking your customers to instruct an agent to send recordings of the calls they've made if the agent is not given the tools, authority or training to actually send them? Your locations working with you are doing a fantastic job. Need to remove your manager of customer service and start listening and training your personnel to accommodate the customers needs. After all, we do call you with specific needs to solve specific problems. If you treat us like were only here for you..... we won't be calling much longer.
