Rep Bob was very Friendly and informative. He was there with prompt service our drop off time was not the original scheduled time. Bob made himself available to meet us during off hours in order to make sure the transition was smooth.

Jonathan N.Truck was dirty. It was backed all the way to the wall so we had to climb down from the red ramp to reach the lock to get the keys. Furniture pads and dolly were missing but I still had to pay for them.
