Maybe a clearer sign of where to leave vehicle. Otherwise easy. I put yes for personnel because I had to but it was after hours.

We use this location all the time. It allows access to trucks 24/7 through the U-Haul app. The on-site Team goes out of there way to please us everytime

They had a truck I could use after U-haul corporate gave away my reservation. I am much less happy with my U-Haul (corporate) experience. For the second time you moved my pick up location to somewhere less convenient than I requested and the location was unmanned and there were problems with the rental.
