I was overcharged for an optional SafeMove charge that I did not request or agree to. I specifically did not authorize this coverage, yet it was added to my rental anyway. Now, instead of the location simply correcting the unauthorized charge, I am being forced to call multiple people and spend additional time trying to get my money refunded. This should have been handled correctly at the rental location. Customers should not be charged for optional products they did not request. This experience was extremely frustrating and is the reason for my poor rating.
