“Does not carry cash” so my cash deposit will be sent via check and “doesn’t know when it will arrive”. Very aggressive. Very quick to shut you down while speaking. Is it because I’m black or female or both? Not sure. But very unwelcoming and most importantly “doesn’t carry cash”
