This drop off location had zero indication for where to drop off a rental and even with address information in hand, I was not confident I was in the right place. Calling in was no help. UHaul always seems to have at least a 1 hour wait to speak with a person. I was able after several minutes to get limited information using the live chat option. Plain and simple, UHaul needs to up their game. Your support is terrible.

Don't schedule us to pick up a trailer in Logansport only to tell us that we have to drive to Kokomo when we show up. Total horseshit. Never again.
