Ivan BAsking a customer when a location is closed to log in, create an account, input contract number with their phone before dropping off the key after returning the vehicle is ridiculous. Once you are done with the rental, why take all that time? All a customer wants to do is drop of the vehicle and leave. The request should be "if there are any issues with the rental, please log in and input the information".
JEFFREY GProviding a lock with the Uhaul rental would be helpful. Otherwise, everything was great.

NATHANIEL JThe truck was in good shape and clean, except for the front windshield. It was still covered in bug guts. The tank was about 13/16th's full. This is so either so you will get to charge me double the fuel price to get it to the correct level or hope that I am lazy and just fill it up. This is lazy and thieverous on U-Haul's part. The employees were great.

JOSE CVery good experience renting from this location. Online reservation was very convenient, good communication with all the details. Picking up the truck was fast and smooth. Had the truck ready, and even though there was 2 people ahead of me, I think I was in and out in about 15 minutes or less. Would definitely rent again from U-Haul.

JARROD SThis location is in a converted (likely Shell) neighborhood gas station, on a residential corner lot. Staff makes excellent use of every square foot of their limited space.

DIEGO VThis was a uhaul dump. No one on site. Dozens of truck and trailers. I barely was able to find a spot for the trailer. And it was 20 min away from me. I had to drive past 15 other uhauls that were suppose to be 'full'. You made this return experience a nightmare.

Ryan CThey literally over charged me on mileage. I have pictures before I left the establishment and when I returned. They charged me for 16 miles when the pictures only show 15 miles used. I did not use any equipment.
TOMASINE SMoving is stressful enough on its own, but Nestor and his team make the process easier. Their customer service is outstanding—they consistently go above and beyond to help with U-Haul rental reservations and any requested extensions.

Michael SI was instructed to return a truck with a fuel level of 3/4, despite having received it with a level of 5/8. Upon returning the truck the following day with a fuel level exceeding 3/4, I discussed the discrepancy with a staff member, providing time-stamped and geo-tagged video evidence of the initial fuel level. The employee's response was, unfortunately, quite disappointing. He seemed uninterested in assisting me. I incurred a financial loss due to the fuel level difference, as I returned the truck with more fuel than initially requested as a courtesy. I believe the employee's name was Norman, or a similar name. While I have been a frequent customer at this location, I do not plan to return. I believe that good customer service is essential, and even if the employee could not resolve the issue, I would have appreciated an attempt to explore potential solutions. However, his lack of concern was evident, and his attitude suggested a level of complacency.
