While the service was great, (shout out to those working here, actually trying to help out), I ultimately ended up paying nearly $1000 for the opportunity for me to do all the work. This entire business is a scam. I intend to never use this service again.

I made my reservation online the day prior and upon arrival everything was super easy. We were there early in the morning. They had the equipment ready we were able to get in and out within maybe 10 minutes. Super quick service will be recommending 10 out of 10.

Tyrone GWe did a one way uhual. From where we picked it up, we were told we can be refunded for the 2 day fee if we returned the uhual early. We only needed it for 4 hours. Once we got to the uhual place to drop it off they told us there is no credit we paid for it and there will be no refund. The person didn’t let us park anywhere close and wouldn’t elaborate further just told us to take it up with corporate and even then it will be a waste of time. VERY disappointed.
