Miguel ÁI had a very poor experience at this location. The truck was not ready at the scheduled pickup time, and it did not include essential equipment I specifically requested, such as dollies needed for moving. Because of this, I was forced to reschedule my movers and keep the truck longer than planned, which resulted in additional charges that I should not have incurred. I communicated with representatives daily regarding these issues. Despite being assured that the extra fees would be corrected, discounted, or credited, those promises were not honored. Instead, additional charges continued to be added. On top of that, I received repeated demand notices and threats involving police action and theft accusations, even though I was actively communicating and attempting to resolve the situation. Each time I spoke with a new representative, I was told there were no notes on my account, contradicting what previous agents had stated. This created confusion, stress, and a lack of accountability. This experience reflects poor customer service, lack of coordination between staff, and failure to resolve issues in good faith.
Alexa WI received the unit 20% clean windows, tires, side, was dirty and no a problem with that, the problem is. When they send me the total they send me a bill for $80 for cleaning, and i try to report or dispute and is no option in online, plus i call customer and i was waiting for over 25 min and then hanging out. This is a ridiculous services.
