Cody MThe trailer was full.of dust, leaves, dust and dirt. Understandably, because it's a tiny storage location, surrounded by trees and the environment. I didn't mind at all. Now, the customer service of the office and the two guys who brought the trailer over next to the office and when I dropped if off, it was "OUTSTANDING SERVICE!"

Richard SI had rented a dolly and a furniture dolly and when I picked up the location had none to lend us. They told us they dont have any at their location. Someone from customer service told me they called a different location and that I could go there to pick up the dollys. upon arrival at the other location they told us we couldn’t rent theres. This set me back about 2hrs. I wont rent a uhaul again nor recommend it to anyone. I will be hiring professional movers next time.

Mohammad NThe customer service representative started telling me that I was lucky that I made it to my appointment and I could’ve lost my reservation because I did not make it to the appointment on time. When I booked my reservation through the website, they did not say that I had to be there at the exact time. I also requested a utility dolly so we can move a refrigerator and the customer service rep said that they did not have one. Also, from my previous experiences, I used to rent U-Haul’s with the ramp in this one did not have one so it made it even more difficult to load a refrigerator into a U-Haul.

GABY CMy truck was supposed to be ready for self pick up. It wasn’t I had to come back I was told that the office open at 7:00am and open the 730am when they open I wish so I command line. They told me they needed to help the Goodyear customers first. A gentleman wanted to help me, and someone else told them no finish the line 1st, and help hem later

Douglas PI reserved a 26 foot truck two weeks before my move and a day before my move day they called me saying it was giving to another person. So I reserved another truck , this time a 20 foot truck because they didn't have any 26 foot truck . The next time I went to go pick the 20 foot truck and it was given to someone else . They only had a 10 foot truck . So a 2 hours job turned to a 7 hour job and I was overcharged for this truck . This is the worse moving experience I've had in my life . The people there should be fired . This was on brookhurst and ball at the Goodyear location . I will never rent another haul from here .

Thanh DI was sent to this location because I am told I made a reservation later than another customer. Although I arrived earlier, the location did not have enough 10' vehicles. I was not compensated for trip for getting to the new location, and I had to pay more to fill the gas line because it was inconveniently not the store I chose so I had to spend more of my time and money.
James NI experienced several glitches in my reservation. Not only that I was overcharged by $80! Unacceptable.

Gregory PI had a situation that changed my rental from 3 days to 45 days. I stayed in contact with the dealer even though I didn't have the money required to extend my lease. The representatives at Goodyear Advanced Auto Care on Brookhurst in Anaheim and the Regional Manager from U-Haul Corporate in Fullerton maintained the most professional attitudes. Never threatening or disrespectful to me despite what must have been a growing frustration. I have regret for the circumstances and for my inability to simply write a check to meet my obligation. I realize the days that truck was unavailable to generate revenue. Regional Manager, Brendan from U-Haul offered suggestions and gave me payment options including a payment plan that I will begin to use in the very near future. I have had a solid longstanding history with U-Haul and renting their equipment for my business and occasional personal use.. Especially after this experience, I will do everything I can to settle my account and repair the relationship so I can continue a mutually beneficial relationship with a company I really trust and believe in.
